I CAN READ is a comprehensive 4-skills-driven programme designed to build upon students’ language abilities to ensure life-long English proficiency. On average, it takes four years to acquire proficiency in a new language. Because language acquisition is an investment in a long-term learning process, the I Can Read system aims to shape students to be independent learners who gain the tools they need to continue learning English on their own throughout their lives.
Our ICR programmes are designed to enable students to achieve life-long English proficiency in all skills – Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening.
