MARKETING COORDINATOR

Responsibilities :

  • Conducting research of Education Business Sector have similar target of users with I Can Read to analyze customers’ behavior (e.g., purchasing habits, pricing, trends and preferences)
  • Designing and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Setting up tracking systems for online, offline marketing activities to provide report for Marketing Management & Top Management
  • Responsible to work out for POSM products by searching, working with vendors, manage production & payment progress
  • Identify and analyze competitors quarterly
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
  • Collaborate with the online & offline marketing team to produce promotional materials
  • Craft clear product marketing copy
  • Organize promotional activities for new products/services
  • Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts of events, POSM inventory, brand display execution check

Requirement

  • Proven experienced in marketing coordinator
  • Education marketing background is preferable
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools, booths
  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software
  • Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google AdWords
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management  ( CRM) and Content Management System software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
